Life is beautiful. Life is complicated. We know both to be true. Some days, love lifts us into joy. On others, grief and burden weigh heavily on our hearts. In those moments, when the path feels tangled with thorns and slippery rocks, we long for stillness, for light, and for comfort.
This prayer-filled meditation is offered for such times—a reminder that, no matter where you stand on your journey, you are not alone.
Breathing Into Stillness
The first gift of prayer is breath. When we breathe slowly and gently, like the tide rising and falling, we remember that life is always in motion. Even when we feel stuck, even when we ache, there is movement. There is a change.
Each inhale gathers us back to the present. Each exhale softens the grip of worry and sorrow. With every cycle of breath, we are met by the presence of the Creator, the angels of light, and the ancestors who have walked before us. Their nearness is here, in this very breath.
