136 Find the Energy Calling Your Name

Uncategorized Mar 25, 2026

Enjoy reading the blog and then listen to the podcast above, and deepen the journey through experience.

There is a quiet language moving through your body at all times.

It does not shout.
It does not demand.
It does not force its way into your awareness.

It waits.

And if you are like most people, you have been taught—directly or indirectly—to move past it. To override it. To interpret your body only when something is wrong,” rather than listening when something is simply… present.

But your body is not waiting for something to go wrong.

It is waiting for you to arrive.

There is a moment—and you may have felt this—when life begins to feel slightly out of rhythm. Not dramatically broken. Not crisis-level. Just… off. A subtle disconnection. A low-grade exhaustion. A sense that something inside you is asking for attention, but you cannot quite name what it is.

This is not confusion.

This is communication.

Your energy field—your living, breathing extension beyond the physical body—is constantly organizing information, processing experiences, and holding impressions that have not yet been fully integrated. And when something within that field begins to gather density, your body will reflect it.

Not as punishment.
As invitation.

But here is where we often get lost.

We try to fix it too quickly.

We reach for solutions before we have listened. We assign meaning before we have felt. We rush toward healing without ever actually meeting what is asking to be healed.

And the body, in its quiet intelligence, simply waits again.

The work is not to force change.

The work is to notice.

To sit, even briefly, and ask: Where in my body is something asking for my attention right now?

Not where does it hurt.
Not whats wrong.
Just… where is something present?

And when you find that place—and you will—you begin a different kind of relationship with yourself.

You move from analysis into awareness.
From urgency into presence.
From fixing into listening.

And something remarkable begins to happen.

The body softens.

Because for perhaps the first time in a long time, it has been acknowledged without being judged.

You may notice a tightness that has been held for years. A subtle pressure behind the chest. A quiet contraction in the belly. A place in the jaw that has learned to brace without your awareness.

These are not problems.

They are stories.

Not stories you need to think about, but stories your body has been carrying.

And when you bring your attention there—not forcefully, but gently, with breath and presence—you begin to open a door.

Not to fix it.

But to allow it.

To allow what has been held to move.
To allow what has been silent to be acknowledged.
To allow what has been stagnant to begin its natural transformation.

This is energy medicine in its most honest form.

Not something done to you.

Something remembered within you.

Often, when you follow this process, you will find more than one place calling your attention. The body works in patterns, in relationships, in conversations across different areas.

One place opens the door.
Another reveals the depth.
And a third—often the most unexpected—brings resolution.

This is the triune nature of healing.

Not linear.
Not forced.
But complete.

And when you have listened—truly listened—you will feel the difference.

Not necessarily as a dramatic shift, but as a quiet coherence. A sense of being more in yourself. More present. More available to your own life.

This is what it means to come home.

Not to escape the body.
But to inhabit it.

Fully. Gently. Honestly.

Because the truth is, nothing within you is working against you.

Your body is not your obstacle.
Your energy is not your problem.
Your sensitivity is not your weakness.

They are your guidance system.

And something within you is always calling your attention—not to overwhelm you, but to bring you back into alignment with yourself.

You do not need to search for it.

You only need to pause long enough to feel it.

Your souls voice is the quiet compass of your life—guiding your body, your energy, and the path before you. Listen closely. Trust it. And as always, go forth and flourish.
